Awareness Journey was truly enjoyable and eye opening. Though we all think we try our best, the book brought the awareness of how ego is still a major factor in my life. Dan’s ideas about faith and the source of happiness in life are well delivered and easily understood. The idea of every little thing we do potentially adding or subtracting from the well-being of our universe was beautiful.

This book is an easy ready with a great story and then goes deep into the thoughts that we have about ourselves and how they either make our lives dead and repetitive or alive and forward moving. The author really brought this awareness to a level that is understandable and relatable to today’s lives. I personally found myself thinking about my life and comparing it to the characters in the book and catching myself thinking about myself negatively, when I could be building myself up. Life really is what you make it and Dan Slot shows us the way with his clear and helpful story.
